 Paul Thomas is the director and owner of Fitpro. Paul holds a master’s degree in exercise physiology from Temple University. He is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Paul started his fitness career back in 1981. Since then, he has successfully helped many people achieve their fitness goals and has built a reputation as one of the area’s top fitness consultants and personal trainers. Paul has worked in some of the finest exercise facilities in the Philadelphia PA area, where he’s held key management positions and trained other fitness professionals. In 1991, Paul established Fitpro to meet the growing demand for personalized fitness training services in a home or office setting. Today, Paul and his staff of top-notch fitness experts continue to earn Fitpro its reputation for being the area’s leader in personal fitness training and consulting. |
